OUR ADDRESS

We have known each other since we were children. We grew up in the same neighborhood and went all through school together. Terry was my first date in high school – but it ended there. We both graduated and went our separate ways. That was in 1983.
In 2010, by chance, we met again through a mutual friend. It was love at first (ok, maybe not first) but after 27 years, first sight.
We realized that we were a perfect fit. I had two children, a boy and a girl and he had two children, two boys. They loved each other and we formed our new family. We were engaged 1 year to the date that we met again and were married 3 months later.
We are so blessed to have found one another again, and can’t believe that after all these years, we could find such happiness. This all began on March 12, 2010 or….3/12.We wish everyone all of the love and joy that we have found. Although we, of course, celebrate our wedding anniversary – Our 3/12 Anniversary will always be the start of it all.

What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is parking available?Yes! Each suite includes free onsite parking, just steps from your private entrance.

Are pets allowed?At this time, we do not allow pets in our suites. We aim to keep each space fresh, clean, and allergen-friendly for all guests.

Are towels, linens, and toiletries provided?Yes! We provide clean towels, linens, and basic bathroom essentials so you can pack light and stay comfortable.

Is Wi-Fi included?Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all suites—perfect for remote work, streaming, or just staying connected.

How close are you to downtown Fort Wayne?We're located just minutes from downtown—close enough to enjoy all the best local restaurants, shops, and attractions, but tucked away enough for total peace and privacy.

I'm attending a wedding or event at The Barrel House—can I stay here?Yes! Our suites were originally designed with weddings and events in mind. Whether you’re part of the bridal party, a guest, or the couple themselves, staying onsite makes everything more convenient and memorable.

Can I bring extra guests or host a party in the suite?Our suites are reserved for the number of registered guests only. We don’t allow parties or unapproved overnight visitors, but you're welcome to relax and celebrate respectfully.

Are there quiet hours?Yes, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of courtesy to other guests and nearby events.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay?We typically require a one-night minimum stay. For extended bookings or custom arrangements, just reach out—we're happy to help when we can.
