Wonderful place for any kind of gathering.  We attended a wedding and a wedding reception.  We have also used this facility for our family Christmas.

This is perfect for weddings, graduation open house, bridal and baby showers and of course the milestone birthdays. Thank you Kristine for your amazing Customer Service. You helped make our evening one we will never forget.

We have had two events at 3/12 so far and we will definitely be coming back! My entire bridal party was able to get ready at the bridal suite with plenty of room to spare.

We love the 312 Event Center! The owners helped us pull off the exact wedding we wanted. They offered any assistance they could to make our small dream a reality. Our friends and family also loved the space. Inside and out, the location provides plenty of options to make your photos come to life.

My daughter was married in August at the 312 Event Center with the reception in the beautiful carriage house that evening.  Kris and her crew were amazing.  Such a beautiful setting from the house (bridal suite, groom's suite) to the reception area. Very unique venue. The staff was helpful and timely and responsive. We had a great party and wedding there.
